MediaTakeOut.com learned that this morning, a workplace dispute erupted in gunfire - and left as many as ten people injured, at least four of them shot and two DEAD near the Empire State building in Midtown.

One of the dead is the gunman - who police TOOK DOWN as he was reining bullets onto the crowded NYC streets. The other dead is a bystander GUNNED DOWN by the sicko.

It's still early but early reports describe the gunman as a "Caucasian male"

Here is another description of the gunman: Construction worker Chris Ogden was working on a scaffold above the building’s 33rd St. entrance when he watched in disbelief as the gunman — in a suit and carrying a briefcase — opened fire.

“He shot the guy in the head,” said Ogden, 23. “The guy went down. He took a second shot when he was down.”

The well-dressed shooter then “walked down the block, like nothing was happening, real casual,” Ogden said. “We were screaming from the top, ‘It’s the guy in the grey suit!’" Police caught up with dude and shot him DEAD!!!

Three sources said the gunman was a disgruntled employee who was fired Thursday from his job inside the building.
